Day 5 – From Piegaro to Città della Pieve

From downtown Piegaro climb the paved road towards Montegabbione arriving at a dirt road between the oaks reaching the road that leads to the village of Monteleone di Orvieto. Cross the alleys and descend towards the Valdichiana admiring renovated farmhouses. At the bottom of the valley, keep walking towards Chiusi taking Strada del Cavacchione – steep up to the top where at the junction on the left we return to the downtown Città della Pieve.
