Tour of the 3 lakes

It starts from the Trasimeno Cyclyng Route inside the former Eleuteri Airport, along the shore of Lake Trasimeno.

Following the track you arrive in Giorgi at the Madonna del Pentimento Church; in the nearby the educational farm La Quercia del Pentimento. Continuing towards Petrignano, stop to admire the Church of S. Ansano and then keep going to the Caseificio Soro.

In the direction of Pozzuolo, along a country road, reach the Former Abbey of the Pievaccia and continuing towards Binami to the Church of S. Maria Stella del Mare. From here you can enjoy the view of Lake Montepulciano.

Before arriving at the next stage of the Madonna del Popolino Church in the homonymous locality, along the municipal road there is the Melagrani farm also an educational farm.

In La Villa you will skirt the vineyards of the Poggio Santa Maria farm overlooking Lake Chiusi where you may want to have a rest to taste wine and oil – better on prior booking! Resuming biking on the way the Bittarelli farm also educational farm and  Poggio del Sole where it is possible to learn how to dye fabrics in a natural way.

Along the municipal road towards the locality Mecucciami-Pescia, there is the farm La Cerreta. Taking the Trasimeno Cycling Route, you reach the winery Duca della Corgna , the cooperative winery of Castiglione del Lago.
