Along Track #2, near the intersection with Track #3, you may want to have a brief detour to reach the ‘Stagno delle Rane’ – the Frog Pond so called as it hosts a number of different types of frogs. Once at the Pond which is close to a small pinewood, descend a narrow path connected to Track #2, among briars and chestnut trees. At the end, a pic nic area.
