Città della Pieve - Villastrada - 4th stage of the 'Trasimeno way'

Walking time: approx. 7 hrs

The itinerary is part of the Via del Trasimeno, an approximately 100-mile circular hiking route to be completed in 7 stages.

Leave Città della Pieve and reach the locality called ‘Tre Mulini’ (3 mills), then continue to the left through a forest to arrive in San Donato. Shortly after, cross the National Road (Statale or S.S.). Through dirt roads, get to Cantagallina and keep on towards Villastrada – a small hamlet in the Municipality of Castiglione del Lago – where the 4th stage of Via del Trasimeno and the ancient Pilgrims’ way Via Romea Germanica join.
