Situated on the pass of the hills at the convergence of two roads, facing the village of Agello, the church was the seat of a rich confraternity of which unfortunately no memory is had anymore.
The main facade has a beautiful travertine portal with two devotional windows on the sides; to the right of the door, there is a traverine box for alms.
The main altar houses a 15th century Umbrian school fresco representing the Virgin Mary with the Child Jesus, surrounded by San Francesco, Sant’Antonio Abate and two angels.
