Along the road that leads from Città della Pieve to Moiano, there is a small church with a large front porch. Its origin is traced back to the Middle Ages, due to the fresco painted on the only altar which, although retouched later, shows fourteenth-century characteristics. The fresco depicts the Madonna enthroned with the Infant Jesus in her arms surrounded by six angels who offer her some twigs of flowers.
