A great way to discover and explore traditional Umbrian cuisine!
With the help of our chef, we will teach you how to prepare three typical Umbrian courses, which you will then enjoy in our tasting room, paired with our wines.

Programme:

• Meet our chef at Vineria del Carmine and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine and a snack to start.
• In our Demanincor kitchen, you will enhance your culinary skills by learning about traditional Umbrian dishes, with a focus on fresh pasta, both stuffed and plain. The Chef will also guide you through the creation of traditional desserts, answering all your questions. And to top it all off, finger food and wine will be served, because cooking makes you hungry!
• The prepared delicacies will be served accompanied by a winetasting led by our sommeliers.

Participants will receive an apron and other products from the Chiesa del Carmine farm.
