Walk along the paths of the Divine Painter Pietro Vannucci - also known as Perugino - in the lands of the Marquis of Corgna immersed in the peace and tranquility of the Trasimeno countryside.

On the trail of  Perugino in the lands of the Marquis are a network of paths of secondary roads with low environmental impact touching points of interests common to the Divine Painter and the Marquis of Corgna. The network has been developed and promoted by Anci Umbria – a national association joined by the municipalities from all over Italy – in collaboration with the municipalities of Panicale, Paciano, Piegaro, Città della Pieve and financed by the Umbria Region.

On the trail of the Perugino, the itinerary allows you to appreciate at the right pace the beauty of landscapes, art and history that meet on the way and savor the life and local traditions among crops, olive groves, vineyards, woods and pastures.

The route is a 62-mile hiking route on dirt roads and on well-marked paths on the decking and minimally on asphalted sections. The route can be walked in 5 days all-year round and it is composed of 5 stages of approximately 12.4 miles each of medium-low difficulty with moderate gradients.

Several are the activities to experience and the farmhouses along the trails for you to stay overnight.
